Some developments for a pictogram in response to my olly moss research, I wanted something striking but i realised that it has to stay true to the visual approach I am undertaking within this brief. I am actually happy with this resolve.
The one problem I had was actually making it look like an animal using only one colour, because as the icon gets smalle it starts to look like some sort of swirl pattern, which isnt what im after. I added detail in white, such as eyes and a few wrinkles to help clarify.
